Application for Occupancy
Print and complete our application for occupancy form to begin the process of finding an apartment with BRAC. You may contact the rental office at 785-594-6996 for assistance in completing the application. Applications are processed in the order of date and time received, and an applicant interview takes place only after a completed application is received.
BRAC Admission Criteria
Our BRAC Admission Criteria Policy documents the criteria used to determine eligibility of people for placement in BRAC apartments, as well as the order by which approved applicants are placed in housing and/or added to the waitlist.
Rental Agreement
Once you have been approved for occupancy, a member of our staff will prepare the Rental Agreement Form for review and agreement by both the tenant(s) and management. The following is provided as an example of the current tenant agreement, so you may preview it.
Assistance Animal Verification Form
This form is required for any person who requires an assistance animal as a reasonable accommodation for a disability.
Application for Corporate Membership
Corporate Members are typically people who are either a tenant of BRAC or a family member of a tenant of BRAC. Becoming a corporate member ensures the right to vote in our annual meeting, as well as providing input about BRAC apartments, services, policies, etc.

BRAC Resident Policies
Our BRAC Resident Policies document is complementary to the tenant’s Lease Agreement. The two documents outline the rights and responsibilities of tenants.
Resident Animal Policies
The Resident Animal Policy outlines the policy for tenant’s domestic animals. Pre-approval by management is required prior to bringing any animal onto BRAC property. Failure to obtain prior approval will result in an automatic denial or notice of lease termination for non-compliance of lease agreement. Tenants with an assistance animal should also see Assistance Animal Verification Form.
