Submit Your Application

The first step to obtaining housing is to submit a completed application, along with a non-refundable fee of $20.00. Currently, there are three options for completing the application:

  1. Download and print the application. Return by mail or drop off the application at the office. If the office is closed, in the provided drop box, with the $20 fee and a copy of your Driver’s License (or other I.D.) and a copy of your social security card.

  2. Or stop by our office to compete and submit form and fee.

Our mailing and office address is 1016 Orchard Lane, Baldwin City, KS 66006. Our office hours are 9 a.m. to noon, Monday through Friday, with the exception of federal and state holidays.

At this time, we are only able to accept application fee payments at our office (not online). You can send the payment by mail or drop it off at our office. We accept checks (made out to BRAC) or cash (no credit cards).
