Submit Your Application
The first step to obtaining housing is to submit a completed application, along with the application fee*. Currently, there are three options for completing the application:
Download and print the application. Return by mail or drop off.
Download and complete the application as a fillable PDF form, signing within Adobe Acrobat Reader. Email the form back to brac@housingforbaldwin.com.
Stop by our office to complete and submit the application form and fee.
Our mailing and office address is 1016 Orchard Lane, Baldwin City, KS 66006. Our office hours are 9 a.m. to noon, Monday through Friday, with the exception of federal and state holidays.
*At this time, we are only able to accept application fee payments at our office (not online). You can send the payment by mail or drop it off at our office.
