Baldwin Retirement Apartment Complex was originally established as an apartment complex for retirees, but now we are much more. We have grown to now offer 56 apartments for seniors, small families, and disabled persons. During this time, our goal has remained the same—to provide affordable and accessible housing.
We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization registered in the State of Kansas. Our board of directors, provides leadership of our organization with day-to-day operations being provided by our friendly on-site team.
